Spring is a time of change, growth and wonder. There is mud, rain, sunshine and rainbows! We’ve collected stories with beautiful illustrations that will help those little ones in your life to recognize the changes that are happening around them. Make these these spring picture books part of your next library visit, add to your collection, or give them as gifts! (There’s nothing sweeter than a springtime book at a springtime baby shower!)
Spring picture books through Inter Library Loan
All of the books below are available through both the Greater Manchester Inter Library Consortial System (GMILCS) as well as the NH State Library’s Inter Library Loan program (NHAIS ILL System). GMILCS includes the Rogers Memorial Library (Hudson), Amherst Town Library, Bedford Public Library, Danforth Library (NEC), Derry Public Library, Goffstown Public Library, Hooksett Public Library, Kelley Library (Salem), Manchester City Library, Merrimack Public Library, Nesmith Library (Windham), Teti Library (NEC), and the Wadleigh Memorial Library (Milford, NH). If you are in this network and your local library doesn’t have this book, one of the others in the consortium does and you can borrow it from them. If you aren’t in this group, these books are all in the NH State Library’s system and you can order them via that interlibrary loan program. Ask your friendly neighborhood librarian how it works!
