Fall Picture Books You Can Find in the Library

Celebrate fall with a trip to the library and fresh new reads! We’ve pulled together some of our favorite books celebrating the nature of the season.

Fall brings chilly nights, beautiful colors and new textures to explore. We’ve collected stories with beautiful illustrations that will help those little ones in your life to recognize the changes that are happening around them. Make these these fall picture books part of your next library visit, add to your collection, or give them as gifts!

Fall picture books through Inter Library Loan

All of the books below are available through the NH State Library’s Inter Library Loan program (NHAIS ILL System). If you are in this network and your local library doesn’t have this book, one of the others in the system does – I checked! Ask your friendly neighborhood librarian how you can order them via the interlibrary loan program.
