Twin Bridge Park

Twin Bridge Park in Merrimack, NH is the home of a beautiful and unique wooden castle playground. There is a toddler area with baby swings and a small climbing structure with a slide. They also have a sand pit with a digger for exploring. The main playground is huge, I have been multiple times and still discover new things hidden around corners. Watch out for the big green slide though, there is a huge drop at the bottom! The playground area is fenced but because of the nature of the structure, there is pretty low visibility and you will lose sight of your kids. It is also tricky to maneuver a stroller around.

Twin Bridge Trails

By the entrance of the playground is a trail map showing a few walking paths in the surrounding forest that take you on a scenic walk along Baboosic Brook.

Our most recent visit was in January and the path from the parking lot was one big sheet of ice. It was a challenge to make it to the playground and back.

The Andres Institute of Art is a unique treasure hidden away on the side of an old ski slope. I told my crew, “We are climbing a mountain today!” and I stand by it.
